磁性树脂吸附-混凝工艺深度处理印染废水中试研究

Pilot-scale study on the advanced treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater by magnetic resin adsorption-coagulation process

摘要:

新建一套基于磁性树脂吸附-混凝工艺的自动化中试设备,对A、B两厂的印染废水生化出水进行深度处理,COD去除率>70%,SS去除率接近90%,色度去除率在80%左右。磁性树脂可去除中低分子质量有机物,与混凝去除有机物形成了互补。该工艺对印染废水生化出水中比例最高的疏水有机组分去除效果最好。该工艺对A、B两厂废水的可吸附有机卤素(AOX)去除率分别达89.41%、88.27%,出水的急性毒性由微毒性降至无毒性,慢性毒性满足美国USEPA标准要求。

Abstract:

An automatic pilot-scale facility based on magnetic resin adsorption-coagulation process has beenestablished recently,and the advanced treatment of the biochemical effluent of printing & dyeing wastewater from plants A & B has been accomplished. Its COD removing rate is above 70%,SS removing rate about 90%,and chroma removing rate around 80%. The magnetic resin can remove medium or low molecular mass organisms,having complementary reaction with coagulation removing effect on organisms. The process exhibits the strongest removing capacity for hydrophobic organic components which accounts for the largest proportion in biochemical effluent from printing & dyeing wastewater. The adsorbable organic halogen(AOX) removing rates from wastewater in plants A & B are up to 89.41% and 88.27%,respectively. The acute biotoxicity has been reduced from slightly toxic to non-toxic,and the chronic biotoxicity has been reduced,meeting the requirements of USEPA standards.
