D201树脂去除石油化工生化尾水中的COD

摘要:

研究了D201树脂对石油化工生化尾水中COD的去除率。实验结果表明:在相同的实验条件下,D201、D301、D001、D113、NDA-88、NDA-99、NDA-150、H103八种树脂中D201树脂对石油化工生化尾水中COD去除率最高。D201树脂对石油化工生化尾水COD的去除率在pH为8.38时达到最大值。随着温度的升高,D201树脂对石油化工生化尾水中COD的去除率降低。当吸附时间达到12 h后,COD的去除率基本达到平衡。D201树脂对相对分子质量大于8 000的尾水COD的去除率明显高于其他相对分子质量的尾水。

Abstract:

The objective of this work was to study the removing rates of COD from the biochemical tail water in petrochemical engineering by resin D201. The results show that the removing rate of COD from the biochemical tail water in petrochemical engineering by resin D201 is higher than those of resin D301,resin D001,resin D113,resin NDA-88,resin NDA-99,resin NDA-150 and resin H103 under the same conditions. The maximum removing rate of COD by resin D201 is when the pH is 8.38. The removing rate of COD decreases with the increase of temperature. The COD removing rate can reach the equilibrium,after the adsorption time reaches 12 h. tesin D201 has obviously higher COD removing rate for the tail water whose relative molecular mass is more than 8 000,than that for other tail water whose relative molecular mass is lower.
