磁性炭基吸附剂的制备及其吸附与再生性能研究

Study on the preparation of magnetic carbon-based adsorbent and its adsorption and regeneration capabilities

摘要:

采用共沉淀法制备了磁性PAC。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、表面积测定(BET)、红外光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、磁滞回归线等对磁性PAC进行表征,并考察吸附剂投加量、溶液pH和温度对磁性PAC吸附草甘膦的影响,此外,研究了磁性PAC的再生性能。结果表明:磁性PAC的饱和磁化强度为26.52 emu/g;制备的磁性PAC对草甘膦的最佳吸附量为134.5 mg/g,为原PAC的两倍以上;采用微波联合Fenton试剂再生,磁性PAC再生3次后,对草甘膦的吸附能力依然与原土初次吸附效果相当。

Abstract:

The novel magnetic powder activated carbon has been prepared by coprecipitation method,and characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),brunauer-emmett-teller(BET),infrared spectroscopy(IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and hysteresis regression line. The influences of adsorbent dosage,pH value of solution,and reaction temperature on the adsorption for glyphosate are investigated. In addition,the regeneration capacity of magnetic powder activated carbon has been studied. The results show that the saturated magnetization of the magnetic powder activated carbon is 26.52 emu/g and the optimal adsorption of glyphosate 134.5 mg/g,which is two times or more of the original powder activated carbon. Magnetic PAC can be regenerated by the microwave combined with Fenton reagent process. After it has been regenerated for three times,the adsorbing capacity for glyphosate is still corresponding to that of the initial result.
