高级氧化法处理模拟印染废水的研究

Study on the treatment of simulated dyeing wastewater by advanced oxidation technology

摘要:

采用Fenton试剂为主体的高级氧化法,分别比较了UV-Fenton和US-Fenton两种常见的高级氧化技术对偶氮染料废水的深度处理效果及理论能耗。结果表明,当染料质量浓度在400 mg/L时,UV-Fenton和US-Fenton均可使偶氮染料废水的脱色率达到95%以上,综合理论试剂投加费用、耗电量以及反应时间等因素,US-Fenton拥有更好的应用前景。

Abstract:

Using Fenton reagent as the main part of the advanced oxidation process, the advanced treatment effect and theoretical consumption of azo dye wastewater by the two kinds of common advanced oxidation techniques, UV-Fenton and US-Fenton, have been compared. The results show that when the dye mass concentration is 400 mg/L, both of UV-Fenton and US-Fenton technologies could make its decolorization rate reach 95% or more. Factors, such as theoretical reagent dosing cost, power consumption, reaction times, etc., are summarized, that the US-Fenton has better application prospect.
