新型强化铁盐混凝剂对焦化废水深度处理的研究

Research on the advanced treatment of coking wastewater by the novel enhanced ferric coagulant

摘要:

焦化废水成分复杂、毒性大、色度高,是目前难以处理的工业废水之一。通过试验考察了一种新型强化铁盐混凝剂对华东某焦化废水生化出水的处理效果,并与传统聚合硫酸铁进行了比较。结果表明,新型强化铁盐混凝剂对焦化废水生化出水的处理效果优于传统聚合硫酸铁,当其投加量为2 000 mg/L,初始pH为7~8,快速搅拌时间为20 min时,COD、色度去除率分别达到76%和85%,出水COD、色度达到国家排放标准的要求。

Abstract:

Since coking wastewater is characterized by complicated composition,high toxicity,and high chroma,it is one of industrial wastewaters which are difficult to be treated at present. Through experiments,the treatment effects of a new type of enhanced ferric coagulant on the biochemical effluent of coking wastewater in East China have been investigated and compared with the effect of traditional poly-ferric sulfate. The results show that the treatment effect of the enhanced ferric coagulant on the biochemical effluent of coking wastewater is better than that of the traditional poly-ferric sulfate. When its dosage is 2 000 mg/L,initial pH 7-8,and rapid stirring time 20 min,the removing rates of COD and chroma are 76%and 85%,respectively. Both COD and chroma of the effluent can meet the requirements for national discharge standard.
