电化学氧化及反硝化BAF联用深度处理焦化废水

Advanced treatment of coking wastewater by electrochemical oxidation combined with denitrification BAF

摘要:

针对焦化废水二级处理出水含难降解有毒有害有机物,且难以达标排放的问题,研究了BDD电极电化学氧化与反硝化曝气生物滤池联用深度处理焦化废水的效果。结果表明,当电化学氧化的水力停留时间控制在1 h,BAF的停留时间控制在12 h时,系统出水水质稳定,出水平均COD、NH3-N、NO3--N分别为62.9、2.60、9.9 mg/L,系统平均去除率分别为74.2%、83.6%、59.6%。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems that the secondarily treated effluent of coking wastewater contains refractory degradable,toxic,and harmful organic substances,and is difficult to reach the discharge standards,the effects of the advanced treatment of coking wastewater by BDD electrode,electrochemical oxidation,combined with denitrification biological aerated filter have been studied. The results show that when the HRT of electrochemical oxidation is controlled at 1 h,and the HRT of BAF is controlled at 12 h,the water quality of the effluent of the system is stable. The average COD,NH3-N,and NO3--N of the effluent are 62.9,2.60,and 9.9 mg/L,respectively,and the average removing rates of the system are 74.2%,83.6%,59.6%,respectively.
