高频电磁阻垢的影响因素及其机理研究

摘要:

在模拟动态阻垢实验条件下,采用自行设计组装的高频电磁水处理装置,研究pH、流速和Ca2+浓度对阻垢效率的影响,得出电磁阻垢的适宜条件。利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射和热重分析探讨了电磁阻垢机理。结果表明,经高频电磁场处理后,部分水垢由方解石型晶体变为文石型晶体而易被水流带走,从而起到阻垢作用。

Abstract:

Under the condition of simulated dynamic scale inhibition experiments,the self-designed and assembled high-frequency electromagnetic water treatment equipment has been used,and the influences of pH,velocity of flow and calcium ion concentration on the scale inhibition efficiency are studied. The appropriate conditions for electromagnetic scale inhibition are obtained. The electromagnetic scale inhibition mechanism is investigated by using scanning electron microscopy、X-ray diffraction and thermal gravimetric analysis technology. The results reveal that after the high-frequency electromagnetic field treatment,part of the scale is changed from calcite crystals into aragonite crystals,and easily taken away by water flow,so as to bring about scale inhibition.
