C2—NH2保护的多胺基壳聚糖吸附剂的研究

Research on the C2—NH2 protected poly-amino chitosan adsorbent

摘要:

以壳聚糖(CS)为原料,先用苯甲醛对壳聚糖中的C2—NH2进行保护,再用环氧氯丙烷对壳聚糖中的C6—OH进行环氧化反应并与乙二胺交联,最后在酸性条件下脱去保护基苯甲醛,制备了多胺基壳聚糖(MCS)。实验结果表明,在298 K下,MCS对活性艳蓝X-BR(RBB)平衡吸附量为1 290.12 mg/g,是CS的6.28倍,吸附行为符合Langmuir等温吸附,吸附动力学符合准二级动力学模型,升高温度有利于吸附的进行。

Abstract:

A new route for preparing C6 quaternary ammonium chitosan derivatives(MCS)is explored. The C2—NH2 of the chitosan(CS)are initially protected by benzaldehyde. They are then synthesized by the introduction of ethylenediamine into C6—OH on CS via epichlorohydrin. The final product is obtained after removal of the benzaldehyde with dilute hydrochloride solution. The results show that the equilibrium adsorption capacity(Qe)of RBB onto MCS is 1 290.12 mg/g at 298 K,which is 6.28 times of the Qe of CS. The equilibrium data are fitted well with Langmuir isotherms. The kinetic data follow a pseudo-second-order model and the adsorption process is endothermic reaction.
