水力空化深度处理焦化废水的实验研究

Experimental research on the advanced treatment of coking wastewater by hydrodynamic cavitation

摘要:

采用单因素方法研究了环境因素对撞击流-水力空化深度处理焦化废水的影响,通过响应面法优选出最佳反应环境条件,以期为撞击流-水力空化在焦化废水深度处理中的应用提供依据。结果表明,水力空化能有效处理焦化废水,3个因素对UV254去除率影响的大小顺序为:初始pH > 温度 > 循环时间。其中初始pH和温度的交互作用对UV254去除率影响最为显著。优化得到最佳工艺条件:pH=2.12,温度为52℃,循环时间为48.15 min,在此条件下,焦化废水的UV254、Vis380、COD去除率能达到47.465%、67.53%、23.63%。

Abstract:

Using single-factor method,the influences of environmental factors on the advanced treatment of coking wastewater by impact flow hydrodynamic cavitation has been investigated. The optimum reaction environmental conditions are optimized by the response surface method,so as to provide basis for the application of impact flow hydrodynamic cavitation to the advanced treatment of coking wastewater. The results show that hydrodynamic cavitation can effectively treat coking wastewater. The sequence order of the three influential factors on UV254 removing rates is:initial pH > temperature > circulation time,among which the interaction effect between initial pH and temperature on UV254 removing rate is the most significant. The optimized operating conditions are as follows:pH is 2.12,temperature 52℃,and the circulation time 48.15 min. Under these conditions,the removing rates of UV254,Vis380 and COD from coking wastewater can reach 47.465%,67.53%,and 23.63%,respectively.
