DSA电极催化氧化法处理制药废水的应用研究

Study on the application of catalytic-oxidation process with DSA electrode to the treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater

摘要: 以DSA电极为阳极、钛电极为阴极构成电解池,对抗生素废水进行了催化氧化处理。单因素实验结果表明,当槽电压7.0 V、极板间距1 cm、初始pH=5、进水初始COD 3 000 mg/L、NaCl投加质量浓度3.0 g、电解时间30 min时,COD去除率可达到49.66%,色度去除率达85.01%。正交试验分析,当槽电压7.0 V、电解时间60 min、初始pH=5、NaCl投加质量浓度2.5 g/L时,其电解效果最佳,可为该制药废水生化性调节起到良好的作用。

Abstract: Using DSA electrode as anode and titanium electrode as cathode for forming an electrolytic cell,the antibiotic wastewater has been treated by catalytic oxidation method. The results of single-factor experiments show that the COD removing rate is 49.66% and chroma removing rate is 85.01%,when the cell voltage is 7.0 V,plate spacing 1 cm,initial pH 5,influent initial COD 3 000 mg/L,NaCl dosage mass concentration 3.0 g/L and electrolysis time 30 min. The orthogonal experiment analysis shows that the electrolysis effect is the best,and can play a good role in adjusting the biochemical quality of pharmaceutical wastewater,when the cell voltage is 7.0 V,electrolysis time 60 min,initial pH 5,and NaCl dosage mass concentration 2.5 g/L.
