摘要: 将白腐菌吸附固定在改性的植物材料葵花盘、葵花秸秆上,对酸性黑ATT进行脱色,对比筛选较优载体。分别考察载体、温度、摇床转速、初始pH、浓度等因素对酸性黑ATT脱色率的影响。结果表明:葵花秸秆固定化白腐菌对酸性黑ATT有较好的脱色效果。在pH为5.0、22℃、150 r/min、100 mg/L的最适条件下,25 h脱色率可达94.41%,连续脱色5次后脱色率仍能保持在89%以上。

Abstract: Acidic black ATT can be decolorized by adsorptive immobilizing Phanerochaete Chrysosporium on modi-fied plant materials,such as sunflower calathide and sunflower stalks,and better carriers can be compared and chosen. The influences of the factors,such as carriers,temperature,shaking speed,initial pH,concentration of dye wastewater,etc. on the decolorization rate of acidic black ATT are investigated respectively. The results show that sunflower stalk immobilized Phanerochaete Chrysosporium has better effect on the decolorization of acidic black ATT. Under optimum conditions as follows:pH 5.0,temperature 22℃,rotation speed 150 r/min and ini-tial dye mass concentration 100 mg/L,the decolorization rate reaches 94.41% in 25 hours. After 5 times of continu-ous decolorization,the decolorization rate of acid black ATT can still be maintained at 89% above.
