Research on the rules of salt precipitation from subcritical water

摘要: 在亚临界条件下,研究氯化钠和硫酸钠在亚临界水中的析出规律,主要考察了温度、压力对盐的去除率的影响。结果表明:氯化钠在350℃,5 MPa的条件下去除率达到最大;硫酸钠在350℃,4 MPa的条件下去除率达到最大。通过研究两种盐的析出规律,可以为超临界水氧化装置的预热反应器中预先去除废水中的无机盐(主要是氯盐和硫酸盐)提供科学依据,从而减缓和降低高盐对超临界设备的腐蚀和阻塞问题。

Abstract: Under subcritical conditions,the rules of precipitation of sodium chloride and sodium sulfate in subcriti-cal water have been studied,and the influence of temperature and pressure on salt removing rates investigated mainly. The results show that the removing rate of sodium chloride reaches the highest,when the temperature is at 350℃ and 5 MPa,while the removing rate of sodium sulfate reaches the highest,when the temperature is at 350℃ and 4 MPa. Through the research on the precipitation rules of two kinds of salts,scientific bases can be provided for the removal of inorganic salts(mainly chlorine salts and sulfate salts)from wastewater in advance in the pre-heating reactor of a subcritical water oxidation device,so as to slow down and reduced corrosion and clog-ging problems in supercritical apparatus.
