中空内压超滤膜丝的数学模型与运行特性

Mathematical model and running characteristics of ultra-filtration membrane fiber with hollow and internal pressure

摘要: 针对中空内压单支超滤膜的亲水短丝与疏水长丝,分别进行了丝壁透水系数与丝程阻力系数的压力及温度特性的测试分析;建立了膜丝运行的微分方程数学模型;分析了给水压力、给水温度、给水方式、膜丝长度、透水系数及阻力系数等内外因素变化时,各项膜丝沿程运行参数的变化分布规律,从而较为全面地揭示了中空内压超滤膜丝的运行规律。

关键词: 中空超滤膜丝, 内压膜丝特性, 微分数学模型

Abstract: Aiming at the hydrophilic short fiber and hydrophobic long fiber of single support ultra-filtration membrane with hollow and internal pressure, the pressure and temperature characteristics of hyphal wall permeation coefficient and threading resistance coefficient have been tested and analyzed. The differential equation and mathematical model of membrane fiber running rules has been established. When the changes in internal and external factors, such as water supply pressure, water supply temperature, water supply mode, membrane fiber length, permeation coefficient, resistance coefficient, etc., and the change of distribution rules of various membrane fiber along path running parameters are analyzed, so as to fully reveal the running rules of ultra-filtration membrane fiber with hollow and internal pressure.
