高级氧化工艺处理阻燃布生产洗布废水的研究

Research on the advanced oxidation process for the treatment of wastewater from flame retardant cloth production

摘要: 研究了臭氧氧化法对PROBAN工艺洗布废水中有机磷的处理效果及其影响因素。结果显示,有机磷去除率随初始pH和臭氧投加量的增加而升高;氧化反应速率随臭氧流速的增大而增大;一级动力学模型可较好地对反应过程进行分段描述。Fenton氧化法实验结果表明,其对有机磷的去除率最高仅为63.9%,远小于臭氧氧化法的有机磷去除率94.7%。

Abstract: The treatment effect of ozonation method on the organic phosphorus wastewater from PROBAN flame retardant cloth production and its influencing factors have been investigated. The results show that the organic phosphorus removing rate increases with the increase of the initial pH and the dosage of ozone. The oxidation reaction rate increases with the increase of ozone flow rate. The reaction process can be piecewise described comparatively well by the first-order kinetics model. The result of Fenton oxidation experiments shows that the maximum removing rate of organic phosphorus by this method is only 63.9%,which is far less than 94.7% which is obtained by ozonation method.
