摘要: 为提升处理能力和出水水质,某化工企业对现有处理站进行扩建改造,介绍了扩建改造工艺的设计参数及主要构筑物。实践结果表明,化工中间体废水经过三效蒸发器、铁碳微电解、Fenton氧化预处理,以及EGSB、PACT生化处理后,出水水质均能达到排放要求,能够稳定达到新的接管标准。砂滤和活性炭吸附可作为备用的出水水质保障措施。

Abstract: To upgrade treatment capability and effluent quality,a chemical enterprise has extended and transformed the existed treatment station. The design parameters and main structures of the extension project introduced. The practice results show that the chemical intermediate wastewater has been pretreated by three-effect evaporator,Fe/C micro-electrolysis and Fenton oxidation,as well as treated by main biochemical processes of EGSB and PACT,the water quality of effluent can steadily meet discharge requirements and reach the new acceptance standards. Sand filtration and activated carbon adsorption can be used as spare measures to guarantee the effluent water quality.
