饱和吸附氨氮沸石的化学再生方法研究

摘要:

探讨了饱和吸附氨氮天然沸石的再生机理和最佳化学再生条件。结果表明,沸石的再生存在2个途径:碱性溶液对NH4+的解吸,以及碱性溶液对沸石表面形态的改变。饱和吸附沸石的最佳再生条件:NaOH质量分数为4%,再生时间4 h,再生温度60 ℃。沸石经过25次再生后,吸附能力保持在85.2%,每次再生平均丢失0.6%,具有工业应用的可行性。

Abstract:

The regeneration mechanism and optimal chemical regeneration conditions of natural zeolite adsorption to ammonia nitrogen are discussed. The results show that there are two ways to regenerate the zeolite, the desorption of NH4+ by alkaline solution and the change of surface morphology of the zeolite by alkaline solution. The optimal regeneration conditions for adsorption saturated zeolite are:NaOH mass fraction of 4%, regeneration time of 4 h and regeneration temperature of 60℃. After 25 regenerations, the adsorption capacity of zeolite maintained at 85.2%, with an average loss of 0.6% per regeneration. It is feasible for industrial application.
