Adsorption of toluene-solubilized wastewater by PC-CS composites

摘要:

简述了多孔碳-碳球材料(PC-CS)的制备方法。通过N2-吸附/脱附、SEM、TEM、XRD等测试及吸附实验分析PC-CS对K12、TX-100和AES三种表面活性剂增溶废水中甲苯的吸附性能,并探讨其吸附机理。研究表明:三种表面活性剂中,PC-CS对K12增溶废水中甲苯的吸附量最高,其最大吸附量为1 164.9 mg/g,吸附率达到97.1%,其吸附行为符合Langmuir模型和准二级动力学方程。

Abstract:

The preparation method of porous carbon-carbon sphere(PC-CS) was briefly introduced. The adsorption of PC-CS on toluene in K12, TX-100 and AES solubilized wastewater was analyzed by means of N2-adsorption/desorption, SEM, TEM and XRD, and its adsorption mechanism was also discussed. The results show that among the three surfactants, PC-CS had the highest adsorption capacity of toluene in K12 solubilized wastewater. Its maximum adsorption capacity was 1 164.9 mg/g, and the adsorption rate was 97.1%. Besides, the adsorption behavior was in accordance with Langmuir model and second-order kinetic equation.
