摘要:

针对油田和炼厂高含水油泥产生量大、脱水难的问题,总结了高含水油泥的性质、特点和脱水处理难点,分析了调质脱稳预处理的必要性。在此基础上,介绍了高含水油泥调质脱稳物理法的研究进展和技术应用,比较了物理法各技术的处理效果、处理成本、适用油泥类型和优缺点,并对未来技术发展方向提出了建议。

关键词: 高含水油泥, 调质脱稳, 超声破乳, 加热破乳, 冷冻/融化

Abstract:

This paper is aimed to study the problems of large quantities and difficult dewatering of oily sludge with high water content in conventional oilfields and refineries. The properties, characteristics and difficulties of dewatering treatment of oily sludge with high water content are summarized. The necessity of conditioning and destabilizing pretreatment is analyzed. On this basis, we introduce the research progress and technical application of physical treatment method for conditioning and destabilization of oily sludge. The treatment effect, cost, applicable oily sludge, advantages and disadvantages of each physical treatment method are compared, respectively. Finally, suggestions on the future direction of technology development are put forward.
