Economic analysis of recovering phosphate from dewatered digester sludge slurry in sewage treatment plant by magnesium ammonium phosphate crystallization

摘要:

采用财务分析方法研究了不同污水厂规模(Q)、沼液磷质量浓度(c)、鸟粪石单价(m)条件下,磷酸铵镁结晶技术(MAP技术)回收污水厂沼液中磷的吨水投资(TOWI)、财务净现值(FNPV)、吨水利润(TOWP)及盈亏平衡点(BEP),并对各影响因素进行了敏感性分析。研究表明,从经济可行性而言,当前以MAP技术回收沼液中的磷较适用于Q ≥ 30×104 m3/d的污水处理厂。

Abstract:

Financial analysis and sensitivity analysis was used to calculate tons of water investment(TOWI), financial net present value(FNPV), tons of water profit(TOWP) and the break-even point(BEP) of the project of recovering phosphate from dewatered digester sludge slurry by struvite crystallization(MAP) under different parameters such as the influences of the scale of sewage treatment plant(Q), phosphorus concentration in biogas slurry(c) and the unit price of struvite(m). The results showed that MAP crystallization was suitable for the sewage treatment plants with a scale of 300 000 m3 per day or more.
