油田含硫采出水橇装一体化处理装置设计及应用

摘要:

随着大庆外围油田零散区块滚动开发力度的增大,产生的采出水具有水量小且分散不集中,受施工作业影响水质水量波动大以及硫化物含量较高等特点,为此进行了可移动搬迁并能重复利用的橇装一体化水处理装置的设计开发,利用该成套装置在某零散区块进行了13个月的生产应用,累计处理了1×105 m3含油污水。相比于新建固定站,占地面积减少70%以上,施工周期缩短70%以上,搬迁一次工程费用节省60%以上。

Abstract:

With the increase of rolling development of scattered blocks in Daqing oilfield, the produced water has the characteristics of small and scattered water volume, large fluctuation of water quality and water volume affected by construction operation, high sulfide content, etc. Therefore, a skid mounted integrated water treatment device which could be moved and reused was designed and developed, and the complete set of device was used to produce water in a scattered block for 13 month of production and application, 1×105 m3 oil-bearing sewage has been treated. Compared with the new fixed station, the site area was reduced by more than 70%, the construction cycle was shortened by more than 70%, and the cost of relocation project was reduced by more than 60%.
