Progress in separation technology of porous SiC ceramic membrane

摘要:

碳化硅(SiC)陶瓷膜除了具有无机膜的一般特性,还具有优异的机械强度、耐酸碱腐蚀性、生物相容性和化学惰性。随着膜制备工艺的不断发展和成熟,SiC陶瓷膜的结构和性能也在不断地改进和优化。在膜分离技术的发展与应用上,SiC陶瓷膜因具有渗透通量高、反冲洗效果好、易化学清洗且清洗周期长等特征,在能源、化工、冶金、石化、造纸、印刷、烟草和制药等领域显示出巨大的应用前景。对近期国内外SiC陶瓷膜分离技术的应用研究进展进行梳理,同时对当下SiC陶瓷膜分离技术的应用研究遇到的瓶颈性问题进行分析和讨论。

Abstract:

Silicon carbide(SiC) ceramic membrane has general characteristics of inorganic membranes, it also has excellent mechanical strength, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, biocompatibility and chemical inertness. With the development and maturity of membrane preparation technology, the structure and properties of SiC ceramic membrane are being improved and optimized. In the development and application of membrane separation technology, SiC ceramic membrane has the characteristics of high permeable flux, good backwashing effect, easy chemical cleaning and long cleaning cycle, etc., showing great application prospects in the fields of energy, chemical, metallurgy, petrochemical, papermaking, printing, tobacco and pharmaceuticals. In this paper, the recent progress in separation technology of porous SiC ceramic membrane was reviewed, and the bottleneck problems in its application were analyzed and discussed.
