摘要:
厌氧生物处理技术具有低能耗、高效能、高负碳潜力的特点,在减污降碳协同增效方面具有独有的优势。采用旋流一体化内循环厌氧反应器对小麦淀粉糖生产废水进行处理,设计处理能力为4 000 m3/d,设计容积负荷为10.0 kg/(m3·d)(以COD计,下同),内循环厌氧反应器的有效容积为1 240 m3,直径为8.50 m,有效水深为21.00 m。运行数据表明,旋流一体化内循环厌氧反应器处理小麦淀粉糖生产废水具有很强的耐冲击负荷能力,运行过程中实际处理水量为4 080 m3/d、实际运行负荷为12.0~13.0 kg/(m3·d)、出水碱度(Alk)为1 200~1 600 mg/L,出水挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)稳定在150 mg/L以下,VFA/Alk稳定在0.10以下,出水COD稳定在400 mg/L以下,COD去除率稳定在89.2%以上,单位COD的沼气产率为0.4 m3/kg,实现节省供氧能耗5 256 MW·h/a,回收甲烷1 314 t/a,温室气体减排量达30 364.44 t/a。

Abstract:
Anaerobic biological treatment technology is characterized by high efficiency, low consumption and negative carbon emission, and has unique advantages in reducing pollution and carbon and coordinating efficiency. In the project, the eddy-integrated internal circulation anaerobic reactor was used to treat the wastewater from the process of wheat starch sugar production. The design capacity of the reactor was 4 000 m3/d, with the design volumetric load of 10.0 kg/(m3·d)(in terms of COD, the same applies below). The effective volume of the reactor was 1 240 m3 and the diameter was 8.50 m, with an effective depth of 21.00 m. Operational results showed that the eddy-integrated internal circulation anaerobic reactor had a strong ability to treat the wheat starch sugar production wastewater, with strong carbon negative effect and strong shock load capacity. The real flow rate of the anaerobic reactor was 4 080 m3/d, the operation load was 12.0-13.0 kg/(m3·d). The effluent alkalinity(Alk) was 1 200-1 600 mg/L, the effluent volatile acid(VFA) was less than 150 mg/L, VFA/Alk was below 0.10. The COD removal rate was stable above 89.2%, and the effluent COD was below 400 mg/L, and the biogas yield per unit COD was 0.4 m³/kg, the reduction of oxygen supply energy consumption was 5 256 MW·h/a, the methane mass recovery from the reactor was 1 314 t/a, and GHG emission reduction was up to 30 364.44 t/a.
