低温多效海水淡化装置性能评价指标确立及典型工程数据分析

摘要:

通过调研国内电力、钢铁、石化等行业企业所配套低温多效海水淡化(LT-MED)工程的设计及运行情况,研究了LT-MED装置的性能评价指标,提出核心指标和创新性指标分类,并给出具体评价方法。在此基础上,对比、分析了已建成海水淡化厂LT-MED装置的关键指标数据,揭示了吨水耗电量、比造水比、比热耗等关键性能指标的变化规律和控制因素,结果表明,万t级LT-MED装置的吨水耗电量可控制在≤1.2 kW·h;对于带蒸汽喷射器的LT-MED装置,比造水比、比热耗与动力蒸汽压力、单机规模没有直接关系,但与效数相关性较大,效数越多,比造水比和比热耗越低,综合考虑投资和热能消耗,效数以4~7为宜;相比之下,不带蒸汽喷射器的LT-MED比造水比随效数增加而降低的幅度较小,且比热耗降低明显,显示了热水闪蒸配套低温多效技术的热经济性。

Abstract:

By investigating the design and operation of low-temperature multi-effect seawater desalination (LT-MED) projects distillation equipment in power, steel, petrochemical and other industries supported by domestic, the performance evaluation indicators of desalination devices were studied. The classification of core and innovative index was proposed, and a specific evaluation method was given. On this basis, the key index datas of the LT-MED equipment in the established desalination plants were compared and analyzed, revealing the changing rules and control factors of key performance indexes such as power consumption per ton of water, specific gained-output ratio, and specific heat demand. The results showed that power consumption per ton of water of more than 10 000 t of LT-MED equipment could be controlled within 1.2 kW·h. For LT-MED equipment with steam ejectors, specific gained-output ratio and specific heat demand were not directly related to the power steam pressure and the capacity of unit, but were closely related to the effect number. The more the number of effects, the lower the specific gained-output ratio and heat demand. Taking into account investment and thermal energy consumption, an effect number of 4-7 was appropriate. In contrast, the specific gained-output ratio without steam ejector in MED decreased less with the increase of effect number, and the specific heat demand decreased significantly, which showed the thermal economy of hot-water flash coupling LT-MED technology.
