水解聚马来酸酐生产新工艺研究

摘要:

以水为溶剂, 27.5%H2O2为引发剂, 在特制催化剂作用下, 生产出符合国标要求的澄清透明棕黄色水解聚马来酸酐产品, 产品溴值小于150mg/g, 存放期超过3年, 产品收率达98%, 产品性能优于老工艺, 而成本下降20%, 彻底改变了原工艺中大量使用甲苯和BPO所造成的环境污染和安全隐患, 生产周期由原来的24h缩短至4h, 具有较好的经济和环境效益。

Abstract:

The new process for producing hydrolytic polymaleic anhydride (HPMA)was studied.Water was used as solvent in this process,27.5% of H2O2 as the initiator and cat. C as the specific polymerization catalyst.It can produce high quality HPMA,based on GB10535-89.having a long storage life and a low content of unsaturated monomer. This product has remarkable economical and environmental benefits.
