摘要:

以水为溶剂, 过氧化物为引发剂, 马来酸酐(MA) 、烯丙基磺酸盐(SAS ) 、丙烯酸(AA) 为单体, 合成了MA-SAS-AA 三元水溶性聚合物, 探讨了引发剂用量、反应体系pH 值、聚合温度、单体比例与共聚物阻垢性能的关系, 测定了共聚物在不同水质中的阻垢性能。结果表明, MA-SAS-AA 水溶性聚合物是一种性能优异的阻垢剂。

Abstract:

Water soluble polymer of three member s MA/ SAS / AA has been synthesized by water as solvent, peroxide as initiator, maleic anhy dr ide, alkene sulfonate and acry licacid as monomers. The dependence of scale inhibition of thepolymer on initiator dose, pH value, r eaction temperture and moler atio of monomer s was discussed. The scale inhibition of the polymer in differ ent water qualities was determined.The results show that the polymer MA/ SAS/ AA is an excellent scale inhibitor.
