电去离子软水法

摘要: 介绍了利用电来除去水中部分离子杂质达到水深度软化的净水新方法,这是作者在研究电去离子净水方法中发明的。这种新方法将电渗析与离子交换有机地结合在一起,离子交换剂靠水电离产生的H+离子自行再生。作者从作用和工作过程讨论电去离子软水方法的原理,从电渗析与反渗透(纳滤)分别用来作为初级处理来论述电去离子软水法的应用问题。电去离子软水设备,再生不用食盐,不增加排水含盐量,设备无人值守,自动连续运行,使用方便,运行费用低,环保和经济效益显着。

Abstract: In the paper, a new water treatment method which partly removes the ionic impurity from the water by electricity and thus deeply softens the water, has been introduced. The method was invented by the auther, who has been investigating the water treatment by electrodeionization. The new method combines the electrodialysis membrane technology with the ion exchange technology. The ion exchanger is self-regenerated by H ion, produced by the electric dissociation of water. The principles of action and working process of the method are discussed, and its application are presented, when the electrodialysis and the reverse osmosis (nanometer filter) are used for primary treatment respectively. This method and its equipment have the following advantages: the regeneration without any salt, no increasement of salt content in drain, no workers on duty, automative continuously running, convenint operation, low running cost, excellent economical and environmental protection benefit.
