摘要:
某制药厂在生产乙胺碘呋酮时产生了一部分高浓度氨氮废水(NH3-N7200~7500mg/L).通过实验室的静态吹脱试验,当pH为10~13,温度为30~50℃时,氨氮吹脱效率为703%~993%.通过比较,得出该废水最经济合理的吹脱pH为11,温度为40℃。在此最佳吹脱条件下,最合理的吹脱时间为2h,吹脱效率为96%.吹脱后的废水氨氮浓度大大降低,可以进入生化处理系统进行处理。

Abstract:
When a pharmaceutical factory was producing TMP, it produced some ammoniac wastewater with high concentration at the some time. The static state test of air stripping showed, when the pH between 10~13, the temperature between 30~50 ℃,the ammoniac removal rate of these tests is between 70.3%~99.3%. The best condition of these tests is pH 11, temperature 40 ℃. Under this best condition, the reasonable time of air stripping is 2 hours, the removal rate is 96%. The ammoniac concentration is low after air stripping, so it can enter the biochemical system to be treated continually.
