摘要:

通过对反渗透(RO)后接电去离子(EDI)过程的实验研究,考察了不同操作条件对EDI 过程产水水质的影响,探讨了EDI 过程去离子的最佳操作参数,同时还考察了EDI 产水过程的稳定性。实验表明,EDI 过程可以长时间连续运行,并能获得高质量的纯水。同时还发现,提高EDI 膜堆的操作电流可以得到高质量的纯水;进入EDI 膜堆的原水电导率越低,EDI 的产水水质就越好;适当提高EDI 膜堆水回收率可以得到纯度较高的产水;适当提高EDI 原水的温度对发挥EDI 脱盐效果,获得高质量的纯水有利。

Abstract:

By combining electrodeionization(EDI) with reverse osmosis(RO),the experimental study has been done for the process of EDI. The influence of different operating conditions on product quality of EDI is investigated.The optimal operating conditions of EDI stack are discussed.At the same time,the stability of EDI process is examined.It has been indicated that the process of EDI can be successively operated for a long time,and the technology of EDI is indicated to be very effective for the production of high quality pure water. It is also found that by increasing the electric current of the EDI stack, the high quality product could be acquired. The lower the conductivity of RO product is used, the higher the product quality of EDI is obtained. The appropriate improvement of the ratio of water recovery of EDI stack and water temperature is helpful to improve the product quality.
