摘要:
总结了环氧丙烷皂化污水处理系统运行情况。实践证明, 深井曝气生化处理技术处理环氧丙烷皂化污水是行之有效的。处理后污水COD由1800- 2200mg/L降到 100-150mg/L, pH值由 11.0-13.0降到 6.5-7.5;COD总去除率90%以上, 活性污泥沉降比在 15%- 25%之间, 污水处理量为 120m3/h。

Abstract:
The propylene epoxide saponated sewage disposal system running process is summarized.It is proved effective that deep well aeration biological treat propy lene technology is used to treat propylene epoxide saponated sew age .Af ter the t reatment,COD of sewage is reduced from 1800-2000mg/L to 100-150mg/L, pH from 11.0-13.0 to 6.5-7.5.The COD of removal rate of sewage is more than 90%.Activ ated sludge sedimentation ratio is 15%-25%, and the sew age load is 120m3/h.
