悬浮填料生物膜A/O法处理石化废水试验研究

摘要:

介绍了将悬浮填料生物膜A/O法用于石油化工废水处理的研究 ,结果表明 ,在水力停留时间为 8h ,回流比为 10 0 %条件下 ,对石油化工废水中COD、NH3 -N、TN的平均去除率分别为 81%、94%、5 7.3% ,出水水质达到国家规定排放标准。在试验基础上研究并探讨了该A/O法的工艺特性 ,为其在石油化工废水处理中的应用提供实验依据。

Abstract:

The treatment of petrochemical wastewater by using suspended filler biofilm A/O process is introduced.The results show that the process has a high removal efficiency of CODCr 81 %、NH3 -N 94 %、TN 57 .3 % under the condi tio ns of HRT 8 h , R 100 %.The ef fluent quality is stable and conforms to the national permitted criterion , the characteristics of the process is studied and discussed on the basis of experiments to provide experimental basis for its application to petrochemical wastewater treatment .
