摘要:

电—多相催化作用新技术是针对某种工业废水,研制出高效的催化剂,在其上施加一定的电压,于常温常压下处理废水,就能达到COD减少,色度降低的效果。该技术处理废水的范围广,效率高。作者介绍了电—多相催化新技术的特点及用来处理恒昌化肥厂工业废水,从小试实验到建成工业化规模装置的实例。

Abstract:

The electro-multiphase catalysis is a new technique to treat wastewater.Some effective,highly selective and ever lasting catalysts are studied and produced by changing the components, valences and constructive patterns of the activesites of catalysts.The COD and colourity of the wastewater can be reduced while the wastewater passing through the electro-multiphase catalysis reactor at room temperature and atomospheric pressure.On the one hand,high reactive hy droxyl radicals.On can be produced to degrade organic pollutants nonselectively.On the other hand,the pollutants of wastewater can be cataly zed and dest royed selectively at the surface of the catalyst activated by electric field.The wastewater treatment of fertilizer plants with electro-mult iphasecatalysis is described on a scale from laboratory to industrialization
