溴氨酸脱色菌的筛选及其特性的初步研究

摘要:

从化工厂污泥中分离筛选出 10个对蒽醌染料中间体溴氨酸有显著降解脱色作用的菌株。对脱色效果最好的N1菌株进行了特性研究。试验结果表明,N1菌株能以溴氨酸为唯一碳源生长,以溴氨酸为唯一氮源时生长及脱色速度大大下降。其脱色效果受温度、pH条件影响较大。最佳生长条件是 30℃,pH 7.2。

Abstract:

Ten st rains, w hich can evidently degrade and decolorize bromamine acid, an intermediate of anthraquinonedye, have been isolated from sludge of chemical plant. Invest igat ion of the characterist ic of st rain N1has been made. Experimental result s show that bromamine acid can be the only carbon source of strain N1. Butthe velocity of decolorizing becomes much slow er when it is used as the only nitrogen source of the same st rain.Decolorizing of bromamine acid is considerably affected by temperature and pH. T he best g row th condit ion forthe st rain is 30 e, pH 7. 2.
