膨润土结合PAM处理含镍废水的研究

摘要:

对膨润土的用量、吸附时间、pH值等因素对去除镍离子效果的影响做了实验,找出了影响规律,初步探讨了其作用机理。并在此试验的基础上,选取pH值、膨润土的用量、PAM的用量三个因素做了三因素三水平的正交试验,找出了膨润土结合PAM处理含镍废水的最佳工艺为 pH8.5,膨润土添加量5.0g/L,PAM用量1.0mg/L

Abstract:

Ex periments on Ni2+removal result by factors such as the amount of bentonite,adsorptio n time and pH value are made,and the effective rules have been found out.Their mechanism of action has been discussed.On the base of these experiments,the orthogonalexperiments are made with pH,amount of bentonite and amount of PAM and 3 levels to find out the best treatment processin wastew ater treatment containing Ni2+by combining bentonite with PAM (pH=8.5,concentration of bentonite is 5.0g/L,co ncentrationof PAM is 1.0mg/L).
