甲硝唑双季铵盐杀菌剂的合成及性能研究

Synthesis and property of bisquats derived from metronidazole

摘要:

硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)可以造成较严重的腐蚀和环境恶化。合成了一种以甲硝唑为母体,以环氧氯丙烷作联接剂的新型杀菌剂甲硝唑改性双季铵盐(MBQA),并对其分子结构进行了光谱表征,采用APIRP-38法对其杀菌性能进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,MBQA易溶于水,具有较高的杀菌活性,其杀菌性能也优于"1227",且较甲硝唑也有明显改善。

Abstract:

SRB causes very serious corrosion and usually worsens the environment.A kind of new biocide of bisq-uats named MBQA is successfully synthesized from metronidazole and its structure is illustrated by IR spectrum.Its biociding ability has also been studied.The experiment results show that MBQA has good water solubility.The biociding activity of MBQA is evaluated according to API RP-38standard.The results show that MBQA exhib-ites better inhibitive effect on SRB than"1227"and metronidazole.
