印染废水处理技术的研究进展

摘要:

印染废水组分复杂,常含有多种染料,色度深,毒性强,难降解,pH波动大,而且浓度高,废水量大,是难处理的工业废水之一。首先介绍了印染废水的组成及特征,然后将处理印染废水的方法分为物化处理法(吸附法、过滤法)、化学处理法(絮凝沉淀法、电解法、化学氧化法、光催化氧化法)和生化法加以介绍。并评述了各种处理方法的适用条件及处理效果,总结各种方法的优缺点。提出开发不同处理方法的有效组合和研究高效、经济、节能的印染废水处理反应器将是印染废水处理工艺研究发展方向。

Abstract:

Dyeing wastewater hascomplicated constituents,and usually contains various kinds of dyes.Its chroma is dark, toxicity is strong,and it is difficult to be degrade.Its pH value changes greatly,its concentration is high and the quantity of wastewater is large.Therefore,it is a kind of wastewater which is hard to be treated.The constituents and characteristics of the dyeing wastewater are introduced firstly.Then the treatment methods are classified as physicochemical treatment (adsorption,filtration),chemical treatment (flocculation-deposition, electrolysis,chemical oxidation, photocatalysis)and biochemical method.Suitable conditions and treatment effectsof various methods are evaluated respectively.Developing the effective combination of different treatment methods and studying the reactor which is efficient,economic and energy saving will be the direction of dyeing wastewater treatment
