摘要:

介绍在工业循环冷却水中抑制生物黏泥形成的经验和方法,用 NaOH调 p H至 8.5,维持运行一段时间,待 pH自然下降至 7.5时,加 HCl调pH至 6 .5,然后加入NaCl、CuSO4 、双乙酸钠混合药剂,利用药剂交替使用和相互之间的协同效应来抑制生物黏泥的形成,并确定药剂使用条件和使用量。

Abstract:

Experience and method that inhibit the formation of biological sludge in industrial circulating cooling water is presented. The pH value is adjusted to 8.5 by NaOH, and keep running for a while. Then the pH value is adjusted to 6.5 by HCl as soon as it drops to 7.5. Then the mixed agent of NaCl, CuSO4 and sodium diacetate is added. By the alternative use and the synergistic effect among the agent, the formation of biological sludge is inhibited. And the condition used and quality of the agent are ascertained here.
