DBON-PF光度法测定水中微量铜

Spectrophotometric determination of trace copper in water with DBON-PF

摘要:

在pH8.5的硼砂-硼酸缓冲溶液中,DBON-PF与铜(Ⅱ)生成紫红色络合物,测得表观摩尔吸光系数为1.02×105L/(mol·cm),最大吸收波长为590nm,铜质量浓度在0~0.6mg/L内符合比耳定律,方法简便,灵敏度高,测定了水中微量铜,获得了满意的结果。

Abstract:

A red violet complex of copper(Ⅱ) with 4,5-dibromo-2-nitro-pheny lfluorone (DBON-PF) is formed in the medium of Na2B4O7·H2O buffer solution(pH 8.5) containing cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB). The maximum absorption wavelength of complex is at 590 nm and apparent molar absorptivity is 1.02 ×105 L/(mol·cm).It is in accord with Beer′s Law,when the concentration of coppe r is 0 ~ 0.6 mg/L.The method possesses the advantages of simplicity and high s ensitivity.It is applied to the determination of trace copper in water with sat isfactory results.
