摘要:
介绍了JY-202复合混凝剂在焦化废水中的应用情况。初步探讨了其作用机理,实践表明,该混凝剂的混凝效果优于其他单一的无机高分子絮凝剂。通过实验,确定了最佳工艺条件:混凝pH为7.1,投药质量浓度为250mg/L,温度15~40℃。当沉淀时间12min时,SS的去除率可达到92%,用于工业生产,CODCr、SS和色度的去除率分别达到了51.2%、92.7%和85.7%。出水的各项指标达到国家二级排放标准。

Abstract:
The application of JY 202 compound flocculant to the treatment of coking wastewater is introduced. Their mechanism of action has been discussed. The experiment shows that the efficiency of the flocculant is better in flocculation behavior when compared with the single inorganic high polymer flocculants. Through testing, the optimal technical condition are all be confirmed. The optimal pH value is 7.1, the amount of coagulant is 250 mg/L and the optimal temperature is 15 ~ 40 ℃. When time is 12 min, the removal rate of SS goes up to 92%. JY 202 compound flocculant is applied to industrial production, the removal rate of CODCr, SS and chroma reaches 51.2%, 92.7% and 85.7%. The indexes of the outgoing water come up to the Second Grade Discharge Standard.
