再造烟叶生产废水处理研究

Studies on the wastewater treatment of the paper-process reconstituted tobacco

摘要:

以再造烟叶(造纸法)生产废水为研究对象,对生产中两种主要工艺废水及生产综合废水进行了多项水质分析。研究结果表明,生产线中提取浓缩段与抄造成型段排放的工艺废水具有不同的水质特性,而生产综合废水则表现为一种弱酸性、中高浓度有机废水特性,可生化性较好。根据废水的上述特性,设计了一种“混凝—生化—脱色”的三级废水处理工艺并应用于2000t/a再造烟叶生产试验基地的废水处理中,工程实施运行后效果良好,吨水处理成本低,治理后的废水排放可达到国家《污水综合排放标准》GB8978—1996一级标准,该工艺具有推广应用于治理规模化再造烟叶生产废水或其他烟草类似废水的良好前景。

Abstract:

Aiming at the treatment of wastewater produced from the workshop of the paper-process reconstituted tobacco, a seriesofwater qualitytestshave been done for the wastewater fromdifferent sources in the production lines, such as the tobacco-extracting spot and the paper-forming spot. The results show that this kind of wastewater is characteristic of sub-acid, full of relative high concentration organic chemicals, and degradable. For treating the wastewater, a treating process based on these characteristics, the technology consisting of three treating stages: flocculation, biodegradation, and discolor is designed. After running for 18 months, it shows the treating process is effective and economics to the wastewater. The water quality of the treated water accords with the grade-1 demands of GB 8978—1996, which was drafted by Chinese government for industrial wastewater. And this treating process of wastewater is also expected to treat other tobacco wastewater effectively.
