复合型生物絮凝剂的应用研究

Research on application of compound bioflocculant

摘要:

在复合型生物絮凝剂(CBF)的应用过程中,单独使用CBF处理生活污水,各种污染物的去除率均<60%,其中仍以去除污水中相对个体较大的物质如SS等的能力较强。生活污水经CBF处理后能够达到国家污水排放标准。经过大量的实验,确定了几类废水处理时CBF与AlCl3、PAC的最佳复配投加量,并使絮凝率达到98.6%。结果表明,CBF与化学絮凝剂联合作用的絮凝效果比单独使用CBF的效果还要好,并且CBF的用量降低了60%~75%,化学絮凝剂的用量也大量减少。通过CBF与不同化学絮凝剂的协同作用,完全可以满足污水、给水处理的要求。所有的应用实验都证明,CBF的使用不会造成水中BOD的增加,没有二次污染现象,具有生物安全性。

Abstract:

In the process of using compound bioflocculant(CBF) solely to treat domestic sewage, the removal rates of various pollutants are more than 60%.The removal rate of relatively larger substances such as SS is higher.Domestic sewage treated by CBF can meet the national discharged standard of sewage.The optimum doses of CBF with AlCl3, PAC used in the mixed solution are determined when some kinds of wastewater are treated, and the flocculation rate is 98.6%.The results show that flocculation efficiency of the mixed solution of CBF and chemical flocculant is higher than that of using CBF solely. It makes the dose of CBF decrease about 60%~75%,and the dose of chemical flocculant used is decreased remarkably.It can meet the demands of water and wastewater through the joint effect of CBF and chemical flocculant.All application tests show that using CBF does not cause any increase of BOD in the water and does not have 2nd pollution.It has biological safety.
