酵母法处理丙酮-丁醇发酵废水研究

摘要:

从实验室保藏的4株酵母中筛选出1株在丙酮-丁醇发酵废水中生长良好的酵母A,用来降低丙酮-丁醇发酵废水的有机物含量。通过正交实验,确定最佳发酵条件为:pH=5.5,250 mL三角瓶中装液量为40 mL,接种量为10%,温度30℃,摇床转速180 r/min,培养48 h。在此条件下COD总去除率可达到86.4%,并可得到干重为6.452g/L的菌体。处理后的废水全回用到丙酮-丁醇发酵,回用一次溶剂产量稳定,这样就可以减少50%的发酵用水量和废水排放量。

Abstract:

Yeast A, which can grow well in acetone-butanol fermentation wastewater, has been selected from the four strains of laboratory-preserved yeast. It can be used for reducing the organism content of acetone-butanol fermentation wastewater. Through orthogonal experiments,the results indicates that the optimum conditions for formentation are as follows: initial pH 5.5, volumn of cultured medium 40 mL in a 250 mL triangle flask, inoculation quantity 10%, temperature 30 ℃, shaking speed 180 r/min for 48 h. Under these conditions, the total removal rate of COD can reach 86.4%, dry weight of yeast cell 6.452 g/L. The treated wastewater can entirely be reused for the fermentation of acetone-butanol. The output of solvent is stable, when it is recycled only once. Thus, half of fermentation water and wastewater discharge quantities can be cut down respectively.
