核桃壳过滤器运行现状分析与改进

摘要:

对曹妃甸油田水处理系统中的核桃壳过滤器的运行现状进行了全面分析。发现:反冲洗频度和时间不足导致核桃壳滤器超负荷运转、筛管被黏附污油的滤料堵塞、滤料层填充不符合技术要求等因素是导致核桃壳滤器运行效果不佳的主要原因。通过采取在反冲洗出口汇管加装限流孔板, 并对筛管进行临时改造等措施, 解决了核桃壳过滤器滤料更换周期短、除油效率低、运行效果差的问题, 保证了油田正常生产。

Abstract:

A detailed analysis of the present running status of the walnut shell filter used in the industrial wastewater treatment system of Caofeidian oilfield is given. It is pointed out that the main factors that have caused the bad efficiency are as follows: the backwash frequency and insufficient time result in the overloaded running, inlet and outlet sieve pipes are plugged by adhered contaminated filters, and the layers of walnut shell filter does not meet the technical requirement. Based on the above analysis, an orifice is installed down stream at the backwash outlet pipe, and the sieve is temporarily modified. Walnut shell filter shows better performance after the modification.
