化学混凝法处理制革废水中铬的研究

Study on the removal of chromium from tanning water by chemical coagulation method

摘要:

试验研究了化学混凝法对制革废水中Cr6+、总铬的去除效果及作用机理。实验结果表明:在硫酸亚铁投加质量浓度为400mg/L,pH为6.5,快速搅拌1min(搅拌强度250r/min),慢速搅拌29min(搅拌强度65r/min)条件下,Cr6+、总铬去除率可分别达到97.2%、83.2%。比较不同的絮凝剂发现,聚合硫酸铁投药量较小,处理效果好,采用其去除制革废水中Cr6+及总铬经济、有效。

Abstract:

Cr6+ and total Cr are removed from tanning wastewater by chemical coagulation method. The results show that the dose of FeSO4 is 400 mg/L, and pH is about 6.5. After being stirred quickly for 1 min and 250 r/min, then slowly for 29 min and 65 r/min, the removal rates of Cr6+ and total Cr are above 97.2% and 83.2% respectively. Treating tanning wastewater with PFS has the advantage of low cost and high effect.
