工业水处理表面活性剂的减阻性能研究

Study on the drag reduction characteristics of industrial water treatment surfactant

摘要:

为了探讨将工业水处理表面活性剂作为循环水管道减阻剂使用的可行性,用旋转黏度计对十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵杀菌灭藻剂和椰油酸二乙醇酰胺缓蚀阻垢剂组成的多功能减阻剂配方进行了初步筛选,然后在室内模拟环道评价装置上进一步评价。当循环水中减阻剂质量浓度为1.2g/L和循环水流速为2.55m/s时减阻率为52.3%。

Abstract:

In order to study the feasibility of applying industrial water treatment surfactant as a drag reducer to circulating water pipes, the drag reducing formulation consisting of lauryl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and cocoanut fatty acid N,N-diethanolamide has been preliminary selected with a rotary viscometer, and then further assessed with an indoor evaluating equipment. A drag reduction of 52.3% has been obtained when the concentration of the drag reducer in circulating water is 1.2 g/L and flow rate of circulating water is 2.55 m/s.
