摘要:

针对制药工业园区混合尾水成分复杂、有机物种类多、水质波动大、高COD、低COD/BOD5、毒性大等特点,采用水解酸化+UASB+MBBR+混凝沉淀组合工艺进行处理。结果表明,处理后出水COD<150 mg/L,BOD5<20 mg/L,色度<20倍。该工艺具有运行有机负荷高、耐冲击负荷能力强、出水稳定、易操作、易推广等特点。

Abstract:

The tail water is characterized by complicated components, big variety of organisms, broad fluctuation ofwater quality, high COD, low BOD5/COD, and high toxicity. The combined process of hydrolysis acidification +UASB+MBBR+coagulation precipitation has been used for treating this kind of mixed tail water. The results show that after being treated by this process, the effluent COD, BOD5 and chroma could be below 150 mg/L, 20 mg/L and 20 times, respectively. It is concluded that this combined biological treatment process is applicable to the treatment of the mixed tail water in the pharmaceutical industrial park.
