摘要:

陶瓷膜污染的有效防治已成为制约陶瓷膜技术大规模应用的关键问题。结合文献资料和大庆油田现场试验,从膜性质的改良、原料液预处理和分离操作条件的优化3个方面综述了水处理,尤其是油田采出水处理中陶瓷膜污染的预防及应用,详细地介绍了陶瓷膜的物理清洗和化学清洗方法及应用实例。最后提出,对膜污染的防治要做到预防与清洗相结合,普遍性和针对性相结合。

Abstract:

The efficient prevention and cleaning of ceramic membrane fouling has been the most important thing,because it is in regard to the restriction of large-scale applications of ceramic membranes. Combining the industrial experiments in Daqing Oilfield with literatures,water treatment, especially produced water treatment,the prevention technology of membrane fouling and its applications are summarized in terms of the improvement of membrane performances,pre-treatment of raw material liquid and the optimizing conditions of separation operations. Furthermore,the cleaning technologies,including physical methods and chemical methods are introduced in detail. At the end,itis pointed out that the combination of prevention with cleaning,as well as popularity with directionality,is important.
