高浓度絮状颗粒污泥流化床的半工业化实验

Semi-industrial experiments of highly concentrated flocculent granule sludge fluidized bed

摘要:

研制开发了高浓度絮体化好氧颗粒污泥流化床装置,针对生活废水进行了半工业性实验。3个月的连续运行结果表明,高浓度絮体化好氧颗粒污泥流化床具有较高的生物降解效率,且能够稳定运行。实验表明,该装置内MLSS达到14 g/L,是AA/O氧化沟(MLSS为3~4 g/L)的4倍。其水力停留时间为1 h时的出水COD是45 mg/L,达到国家排放标准;控制水力停留时间为4 h时,出水COD稳定在23 mg/L左右,其处理效率是传统AA/O氧化沟工艺的4倍。

Abstract:

An equipment of highly concentrated flocculating aerobic granular sludge fluidized bed has been studiedand developed for carrying out the semi-industrial experiments on domestic sewage. After a 3-month continuous operation,the results show that this equipment has higher biodegradation efficiency and could run stably. The experiment results show that the MLSS in the equipment is up to 14 g/L,which is 4 times of AA/O oxidation ditch(MLSS:3-4 g/L). When the hydraulic retention time(HRT) takes one hour,the effluent COD turns out to be 45 mg/L,which meets the requirements of the national discharge standards. When the HRT is 4h,effluent COD turns out to be 23 mg/L,whose treatment efficiency is 4 times of AA/O oxidation ditch.
