摘要:
溶气气浮是利用空气在不同压力下的水中溶解度不同的特性,对全部或部分待处理(或处理后)的水进行加压并加气,增加水中的空气溶解量,在常压条件下释放,空气析出形成30~50μm小气泡,黏附在杂质絮粒上,造成絮粒整体密度小于水而上升,从而使固液分离。在钢铁企业综合废水的处理回用工程中,为提高过滤工序的运行效果和出水水质,必须有效降低待过滤废水的油含量、有机物含量。作者结合实际工程介绍了压力溶气气浮在钢铁企业综合废水处理中的应用情况,对影响气浮效果的几个因素进行分析探讨和改进,取得较好的现场应用效果。

Abstract:
The dissolved air flotation makes use of the different characteristics of water having different solubility under different pressures.The whole or part of water to be treated(or treated) is pressurized and aerated,the air dissolving quantity should be increased,and released under atmospheric pressure.The air separated forms small 30-50 μm bubbles,sticking on the impure flocculated grains,resulting in the flocculated density to be less than water and rising,so as to realize solid-liquid separation.In the reusing project of the treatment of integrated wastewater from iron and steel enterprises,the oil content and organic matter content in the wastewater to be filtered must be reduced effectively,in order to improve the running effectiveness and effluent water quality in the filtering process.Combined with the actual project,the application of pressure dissolved air flotation to the treatment of integrated wastewater at iron and steel enterprises is introduced.Several factors affecting air floatation is analyzed,discussed and improved,obtaining better site application effectiveness.
