微滤膜在油田采出水中的污染及清洗方法研究

Research on the fouling and cleaning of micro-filtration membrane in oilfield wastewater

摘要:

分别考察了高矿化度、高悬浮物、石油对微滤膜污染的影响,并对膜清洗方法进行了研究。结果表明:油田采出水中的高浓度无机组分对微滤膜仅产生一定污染;其所含有的悬浮物和石油则会对微滤膜产生严重污染,导致膜压差迅速增加,膜通量下降较快;针对石油、高悬浮物与矿化度造成的膜污染,在40℃下采用物理与化学相结合的离线清洗技术,可分别使膜通量恢复到96.2%、97.3%和99.9%;采用10d为一周期的清洗运行工艺,能有效控制膜污染,使膜组件能够连续稳定运行。

Abstract:

The effects of high salinity,high oil content and high suspended solids in oil-field wastewater on micro-filtration(MF) membrane have been investigated,and the cleaning method of membrane fouling has been studied.The results show that the inorganic components in oil-field produced water has certain influence on the MF membrane,and the residual oil and suspended solids have serious influence on the MF membrane,resulting in the rapid increase of membrane pressure difference and the faster depression of membrane flux.Aiming at the membrane fouling caused by high oil-content,suspended solids and high salinity in the oil-field produced water,the physical and chemical combined off-line cleaning technology is used at 40 ℃.Thus,the membrane flux could be restored to 96.2%,97.3% and 99.9% of the original ones respectively.The MF membrane fouling could be effectively controlled by the cleaning operation process of 10 d per cycle,and the MF membrane module could be operated stably and efficiently.
