摘要:
以PASP为研究基础, 将PASP、衣康酸均聚物、葡萄糖酸钠和表面活性剂FFA按一定比例复配成多元无磷复合水处理剂, 并对其缓蚀、阻垢分散和生物降解性能进行了评定。研究表明, 复合的四元水处理药剂各成分之间的协同增效作用使得该药剂对碳钢的缓蚀率达96.96%。动态模拟试验和分散氧化铁试验结果表明, 四元复合水处理药剂的阻垢分散性能优异, 动态污垢热阻仅为1.94×10-4 m2.℃/W。28 d后, 生物降解率达88%, 说明该药剂是可生物降解的无磷环保型多功能缓蚀阻垢剂。

Abstract:
Based on the research of PASP, the multi-variant non-phosphorus compound water treatment agent has been compounded with PASP, taconic acid homopolymer, sodium gluconate and surfactant FFA, in definite proportion. And its corrosion inhibition, scale inhibition, dispersion and biodegradation capacities are evaluated. The results show that the synergies between the quaternary components of the water treatment agent can make the corrosion inhibiting rate on carbon steel up to 96.96%. The results of dynamic simulated test and dispersing iron oxide experiment show that the compound agent has excellent scale inhibition and dispersion capacities. Its dynamic fouling thermo-resistance is 1.94×10-4 m2·℃/W. Its biodegradation rate reaches 88% after 28 d. The compound water treatment agent is a biodegradable, non-phosphorus, environmentally friendly & multifunctional scale and corrosion inhibitor.
